Date change for Sport Physicals

NEW date for Sports Physical. 
The previously list Nov. 7th Date listed has been  CANCELED.

Sports Physicals will now be held on TUESDAY Nov. 12th at 2:30pm to 3:30 in the PE Classroom.   Cost of $30 cash. 


 Please have Athletic Packet completely filled out with just needing the Sports Physical to be completed.  The completed Athletic Packet will be handed in to the Athletic Director after your Sports Physical is complete.

LAST DAY TO RETURN ATHLETIC PACKETS (COACH PISAPIA OR FRONT OFFICE MRS. BERAUD) – packets are online or front office

* A  2.0 (non-weighted) GPA in Academics and Citizenship
*Must return a completed Athletic Packet and be cleared before they can try-out.
*Must pick-up "Your Ticket To Play" in the Physical Education Classroom.    
* Pick-up Tickets at Lunch or After School Tuesday, Nov.12 - Friday Nov. 15        
* Students can not try-out without a ticket.
