The Burrito Boyz Serve Up Free Breakfasts for San Diego's Homeless

While most teens are impossible to rouse at the crack of dawn, the Burrito Boyz of San Diego, Calif., are out of their homes by 6:30 a.m. every Sunday.
Their mission: Making breakfast burritos for the city's homeless, something they've done for 167 consecutive Sundays since November of 2010.

Spring Sports Information
Spring Sports are approaching very fast. Athletic Packets including Physicals must be in by Feb. 7th, 2014. Parents and Athletes can find these packets online or in the front office. Serra offers the following sports in the Spring with a start date of Feb. 22: Softball, Baseball, Girls Lacrosse, Boys Lacrosse, Boys Volleyball, Badminton, Boys and Girls Swim and Dive, Golf and Track and Field. Boys Tennis will Start Feb. 15th this year due to CIF change. On Feb. 12th "Your Ticket to Play" will be handed out at the PE Classroom at Lunch and after School. You must have an Athletic Packet turned in to get an Athletic Packet. Tickets are generated from the athletic packet. More information on tryouts will come shortly.

Did you attend Serra High School and play on the Varsity Basketball Team. If so, it’s time to come back and play again. We have the Varsity team members names from every year, now we just need you to email: jpisapia@sandi.net . Please send me your name while at Serra and what year you played for Serra. The Game will be on Friday, January 3rd.,2014. Everyone will need to signup through email and will receive additional information.
